My first meeting with Carrie was to ask me my goals. I wanted to build muscle, Lose body fat and to perform the workout with the correct form. Like most men we have big echoes, Lifting heavy weights with the form not being what it should be. Carrie is big on form and straight away she advised me to lower the weight to in return getting my form correct with lowering my weights. After 4 years my form is good my weights that I lift is now much heavier than I was lifting before. My body fat is low and my muscle mass has gone up. Carrie is very particular with how she works on Pt training, she starts by explaining what the excercise we will be doing then she will perform the excercise to how it should be done correctly. I would recommend Carrie to anyone that is looking to get fit or if your already a gym goer that is looking to improve more.”
